Due to circumstances beyond our control, the Megaraffle has unfortunately been cancelled and will no longer be drawn.
We are currently in the process of contacting all ticketholders to arrange a full and immediate refund of their purchase. Initial contact will be made via email, with a follow-up phone call if no response is received.
The refund notification email will contain instructions on how you can provide the bank account details that you would like your refund to be sent to. Alternatively, you may also choose to have your ticket payment donated directly to ATHRA on your behalf.
If you are a ticketholder, please monitor the email address that you entered during the purchase process, and be sure to check your spam folder just in case the refund notification email lands there. Emails will be sent in stages over the course of the next few days.
If you do not receive a refund notification by 5:00pm (ACST) on Friday 7 September, first check your spam folder, and if you still don't see the refund notification email then please contact Craig Jackman (the Megaraffle organiser) at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on (08) 8354 4832. Make sure you have your ticket ID handy so your identity can be verified.
Thank you for taking part in the Megaraffle, we greatly appreciate your support and we're sorry that we've had to cancel at such short notice. While this event will no longer go ahead as planned, we promise to reinstate the Megaraffle at a later date.
